Returns & Exchanges


To the Coopers  Warehouse team no order is complete until our customers are fully satisfied with the items that they have purchased. You have 14 days to return or exchange an item for a different color and/or size (if available) if it is at the same price as the original purchase or a smaller one. We will issue a full refund within 30 days (or refund the difference if it is the case for exchanges) by the same method used to make the original payment. The original shipping charges as well as the return shipping charges are covered by our customers.

Before making a return, customers should ensure that the items are clean, unused and accompanied by all the tags and original packaging. In case that the items received for refund appear to be faulty, without prior notice on the issue, we reserve the right to refuse them. In this case the items will returned to you without any refund and with recipient covered costs.

In case of faulty items please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will give you a unique return number to include with the parcel in order to process the return accordingly. Customers can either request an exchange or refund.

How to return or exchange an item
Step 1: Pack the item/s in the original packaging as well as the original shipping parcel (We are environmentally friendly and we try to keep waste to a minimum. Please consider the environment and re-use the received packaging as much as possible).
Step 2: Fill in the returns note that you have received with your order. If you want to make an exchange add a note with the exchange details: e.g. size.
Step 3: Carefully pack the items to ensure that the items are not damaged during shipping. We do not cover return shipping damages and we reserve the right to refuse a return for faulty/used items.
Step 4: Take the return parcel to the post office and ship it to
